All major energy systems were analyzed and optimized, including heating, cooling, domestic hot water, and building controls.

The Numbers

  • Annual heat and hot water cost reduction of over $350,000.

  • Reduced capital expenditure on energy conservation measures through incentives secured from the local utility of more than $100,000.

  • $170,000 annual savings in operating costs through renegotiation of the existing district energy supply agreement.

  • Ongoing Monitoring Based Commissioning System to track the building’s performance and ensure a continuation of the established savings.
