Leventhal Park at Post Office Square, the bustling Financial District, and the city skyline. Located in the heart of downtown Boston, the hotel is steps away from the Waterfront, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, famed universities, the Freedom Trail, and multiple city attractions.

The Project

ICO has completed numerous Energy Studies and Re-Commissioning efforts aimed at rectifying specific operating deficiencies at the hotel. Through a comprehensive series of innovative and integrated services and programs, we have enhanced the reliability of systems, extended equipment life, and secured incentives to dramatically reduce costs and capital expenditures.

The Numbers

  • Annual cost savings of $200,000.

  • Utility incentives in excess of $80,000 for reduced capital expenditures and fast ROI.
