Originally the Federal Reserve Bank, the Langham Boston contains 318 classically styled rooms and suites with views of historic Norman B. Leventhal Park at Post Office Square, the bustling Financial District, and the city skyline. Located in the heart of downtown Boston, the hotel is steps away from the Waterfront, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, famed universities, the Freedom Trail, and multiple city attractions.
Signature amenities include award-winning restaurants and bars, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa. Boardrooms and ballrooms provide more than 10,000 square feet of adaptable space to accommodate a wide variety of functions.
The Project
ICO has completed numerous Energy Studies and Re-Commissioning efforts aimed at rectifying specific operating deficiencies at the hotel. Through a comprehensive series of innovative and integrated services and programs, we have enhanced the reliability of systems, extended equipment life, and secured incentives to dramatically reduce costs and capital expenditures.
