LEED Commissioning & Utility Coordination

The Client

Situated across from the Arsenal Project and Charles River on the Boston/Cambridge line, The Residence Inn is Watertown’s first all-suite hotel. Newly opened, it features spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping areas, as well as amenities such as an on-site, 24-hour fitness center. Minutes from Harvard Square and Harvard University, Perkins School for the Blind, MIT, and downtown Boston, the property is LEED certified and committed to sustainable and efficient operation.

The Project

ICO performed LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning to support the achievement of LEED certification at the Silver Level. Additionally, ICO provided comprehensive Utility Coordination Services to establish all of the required electric, gas, and communication services to support commercial operations.
